About
Our Story So Far
Kamozo didn’t start as a software product. It started as a problem. One faced daily by a working accountant who had built, grown, bought and sold real businesses — and knew that “finger in the air” decision-making was no way to build lasting value.
Our founder, Mark Hill, had already grown a small bookkeeping practice into a much larger and highly profitable accounting firm, but like many accountants, he lacked a clear, real-time view of what was actually driving profitability. So he built the system he couldn’t find: a tool that made client value, workflow efficiency and true business performance visible and measurable. That tool became Kamozo.
Since then, Mark has used Kamozo to support multiple practice acquisitions, validate client profitability with confidence, and increase value without adding headcount. Today, his practices run successfully with him contributing just a few hours a week — and Kamozo is now used by forward-thinking accountancy firms across the UK who want to run better businesses, not just busier ones.
